Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Songulary mobile application developed by Wombapp®.
By accessing or using Songulary, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Songulary is a social music mapping application that allows users to "pin" songs to specific geographic locations, share these pins with followers, and view pins created by others. The app integrates with third-party services for map visualization and data storage.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access the Service. You may update your Display Name at any time via the settings menu.
You retain ownership of the content you create (e.g., location pins). However, by posting content to Songulary, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute said content to other users within the app.
You agree not to post content that is offensive, illegal, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
Songulary requires the use of your device's GPS to function. By using the app, you consent to the collection of your precise location data at the moment of interaction (e.g., creating a pin). We do not track your location history continuously.
The Songulary app, its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Wombapp®.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall Songulary, nor its developers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
